Shipping

We use Royal Mail First Class delivery for UK Mainland. We endeavour to despatch oredrs within one working day and it takes 2-3 days for delivery. Our prices are based on weight of the product.

Returns/Exchanges

In compliance with EU Distance Selling Directive retail customers may cancel or exchange their order by returning it to Bath cosmetics Ltd. within 7 days from receipt of goods, in their original condition and fit for re-sale. We will then refund the full value of the goods less original delivery charges, as soon as possible no longer than 30 days from the date of purchase. All return postage is the responsibilty of the purchaser and Bath cosmetics Ltd. do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us.Exchandges: Simply return your purchase to Bath cosmetics Ltd. within 7 days of reciept, and we will despatch replacement goods to you. A re-delivery charge will apply. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are damaged or not in their original condition.

If your item is not in stock we will supply you with the nearest equivalent. This is a courtesy measure and does not affect your statutory rights.
